Even though terrorists rage, 
    as we approach the 
        end of the Age
I have Christ in my heart!

Even if the job goes away
    I get laid off, 
        I lose my pay,

God is still on the throne
    and a mighty God is He!
And He cares for His own.
    He's ALWAYS cared for me!

His Word guides the steps of a man
    from fear it sets man free.
In the Book I read of a plan
    That He's working out in me.

So I will not fear,
    what the day brings
Whatever may come
    I still can sing, that
I have Christ in my heart!
